Materials from a PTM class in April-May 2004 are being made available on this website for reference purposes only. The PTM class was instructor lead and was not designed to be a self-guided tutorial. However, the class files provide several sample PTM simulations. Thus the class materials are being provided as reference for PTM users to explore on their own. Note that the zip file is very large (~370MB zipped).
