The following report on the Temporary Barriers Project is for your information and action, as appropriate.  This report will be transmitted whenever changes occur to the operation of the barriers, and as a result of modeling and/or field monitoring of water levels in the south Delta.

STATUS AS OF:  November 16, 2015

Agricultural Barriers (Middle River [MR], Old River near Tracy [ORT], Grant Line Canal [GLC]):

Removal work started on October 29, 2015 at GLC and on October 30, 2015 at ORT.  The barrier breach took place on November 4, 2015 for GLC and ORT.  Work continue on removing both GLC and ORT.  MR will be breached on November 17, 2015.
GLC should be completely out by November 30, 2015.  ORT should be completely out by November 16th.  MR should be out by November 20th.

Head of Old River Barrier [HORB]:

Removal work started on November 12, 2015.  The HORB breach took place on Friday November 13, 2015.  Work continue on removing HORB.  HOR should be completely out by November 19th.
